Dear friends and family, this is Jack Michael, if you haven't already guessed. I went to the doctor yesterday and mommy and daddy said that I am so big. I weigh nearly 16 pounds and am over 26 inches long. So much for the premie talk. I am a big boy!!!! While we were there, this awful woman came into our room at the doctor's visit and gave me some shots. They called her a nurse, but I would call her more of a goober. She stuck me with needles, and I would have been fine if it wasn't for the 2nd one. Daddy said I did really good though. Apparently, my daddy is a bigger baby than me. It seems that I have a thing or two to teach daddy about being a big boy and not letting a needle or two scare me. I have a bit of a fever today, so mommy has been cuddling with me. I love my mommy!
Before I let you go, I wanted to let you know of some awesome things that I am doing now. I have discovered my feet. They are the coolest things. Forget about anything else, I want my feet. I am trying to blow bubbles. I guess practice makes perfect. I talk alot. Daddy says I get that from my mommy. If you talk or sing to me, I will try to say what you are saying. Slow down people! I'm only 4 months old. If you want to get me to stop crying, all you have to do is put me in front of the t.v. All the sounds and colors are fantastic. Daddy doesn't like me doing that though. I have to watch it when he's not home, so shhhh! I smile all the time. I am such a happy baby. I am so happy that I have just started to laugh. Mommy and daddy are really proud of me. I may of had a rough start, but look at me now...
